Following the success of their Swift safety bicycle, CMC introduced a model for ladies.
Wonderful bicycle with a lot of nice details.
I photographed this one in the Coventry Transport Museum. I don't like the restoration technique (pouring green paint all over a bicycle?) but the machine is wonderful. Museum tells us it was made in 1886, but the oldest catalogue that shows this model is 1889.
